No Rushing. NO Surprises
Your child’s first visit is all about building trust and rapport. We’ll talk to them about their favorite things, how they feel being here, and what they’re curious about. We intentionally allow margin in our schedules and never over-book, so your time is respected and our environment stays relaxed and carefree.
Thorough and Gentle
Your child will have an exam with X-rays and a fluoride treatment if needed. We’ll have an honest conversation about any issues we see, your child’s overall wellness, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll make sure you both understand what’s happening every step of the way.
Feel Good, Live Happy
We love educating children about how their activities, what they eat, how they sleep, enjoying the sunshine, and getting involved in their community affects their overall wellness. If we can help build healthy habits now, we can set them up for life!
what to bring
We’d love for you to bring a few things along for your first visit.
- Photo ID (such as a valid driver’s license)
- Insurance card
- Questions, concerns, and hopes for your child's health & smile
Finances &
insurance
We believe your child’s care should be guided by what they need, not what your insurance plan will allow. We know you want what’s best for your child and we are able to deliver more personalized care without the restrictions of insurance. The value of your child’s oral health and overall wellness shouldn’t be decided by anyone but you.
If you do have dental benefits, we’re happy to submit claims on your behalf but we do require full payment for services rendered at the time of treatment. We also have an in-house membership plan for the benefit of our patients.
